Accurate modeling of topography and landscaping changes allowed stakeholders to use this simulation to analyze whether the proximity of the proposed office buildings to neighboring townhouses would create privacy issues

This simulation includes moving traffic, consistent with projected volumes, that approach the roundabout at random and use artificial intelligence to determine whether to enter the roundabout or yield to oncoming vehicles.
